Dave Kraft

Dave Kraft served with the Navigators for 38 years. He currently runs his own coaching practice. He is the author of two books, Leaders Who Last and Mistakes Leaders Make. He and his wife, Susan, have been married for more than four decades and have four adult children and seven grandchildren.
